Holiday Party
December holiday party sign-up sheet
A December class party and an office potluck need the same things: food, drinks, supplies, and a few helpers. Put a cap on each slot and the table won't be all cookies.
Free. No credit card. Parents and coworkers sign up without an account.
What to put on the sheet
- Mains, or a pizza or sandwich plan, if it's a meal and not just dessert.
- Sides, including a fruit or veggie plate.
- Desserts, capped. December parties drown in cookies otherwise.
- Drinks. Juice or cocoa for a class. For an office party, put non-alcoholic options on the list even if there's wine.
- Decorations and paper goods.
- In-room helpers for a class party, or setup and cleanup for the office.
- The classroom food rules (store-bought, nut-free, labeled) right in the description, plus the gift-exchange spending limit if you're doing one.

Setup or in-room helper

Holiday party FAQ
How do I make a sign-up sheet for a class or office holiday party?
Start from the holiday party template, delete the slots you don't need, and share the link in the class folder or the office chat. People claim a dish or a helper spot.
What is the difference between this and the Halloween party sheet?
This one is built around a December meal-and-cookie table: mains, sides, desserts. The Halloween sheet leans on treats, a craft or game helper, and classroom decorations. October gets the Halloween sheet; December gets this one.
Should I call it a holiday party or a winter party?
Use whatever your school or office calls it. Many schools say "winter party" so every family feels included. The event title and every slot name are yours to edit.
Can I use this for a winter concert reception or staff party?
Yes. Rename the title and the slots. A concert reception might be cookies, cocoa, and cleanup. A staff party might add a main dish and a gift-exchange slot, with the spending limit in the description.
Is it free?
Yes, with no ads on the page your guests open. This template has 21 spots, inside the free plan's 25 signups per event. The free plan runs one live event at a time, but an event stops counting once its date has passed, so October's Halloween sheet won't block this one.

Post it before December fills up
Class parties usually land in the last days before winter break, when every family's calendar is full. Pick the template, cap the desserts, and post the link early.
