Can I stay on the free tier forever?
Yes, absolutely. The free tier has no expiration — no credit card required. We will always have a generous free plan. We make money when you upgrade — not by tricking you.
What counts as an “active event”?
An active event is one with status set to Active. Draft and Completed events do not count toward your 3-event limit. You can have as many completed events as you want.
What is the 14-day free trial?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card won't be charged until after the 14-day trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.
What's white-label on Teams?
Teams plan removes all "Powered by SignUpSpark" branding from your event pages. Your attendees see only your organization's brand.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. With our payment collection feature, attendees pay your Venmo or PayPal directly. SignUpSpark takes zero fees. Standard Venmo/PayPal transaction fees may apply.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time through the billing portal. Switching to annual gives you a discount and is prorated.
