• Payment processing for paid events (Pro/Team plans)

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscription fees are charged in advance
• Refunds are provided per our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee)
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

SignUpSpark and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SignUpSpark, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignUpSpark, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
