- One player slot with room for everyone, and the spending limit in its description.
- The party time and the rules you play by, in the event description.
- Appetizers, desserts, and drinks, each capped so the food covers the room.
- A couple of people for setup and cleanup. Wrapping paper goes everywhere.

For a party at 7:00 PM. Each slot has its own time, so reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before it.

Room for 2. Chairs in a circle and a table for the gift pile, 6:15 to 6:45 PM.

Desserts
Room for 3. Drop off 6:30 to 6:50 PM.

Put it in the player slot's description so everyone sees it before they claim a slot.
