What to put on the sheet
- The service time and which campus, if you have more than one.
- Named roles, not "help needed." People sign up for a job they can picture.
- Cap each role so you do not end up with twelve greeters and an empty nursery.
- Where to check in (foyer table, kids hallway, sound booth).
- Who to text if they cannot come. Every reminder email has a one-tap cancel link, and the event page lets you cancel after you sign up.
- Safe-sanctuary or background-check notes for nursery and kids roles.

How do I make a church volunteer sign-up for Sunday?
Start from this template, rename the roles to match your service, and put the link in the bulletin and the group text. People tap a slot and type their name and email. Can I reuse this for every Sunday?
