Printable sign-up calendar for dinners, meals, and rotations
Missionary dinners, meal trains, and cleanup rotations all start the same way: a month on paper, passed around after church or taped to the fridge. Pick the month, tap any date that won't work, and print a one-page calendar with a Name and Phone line on every open date. We don't save what you type, and you don't need an account.

December 2026 has 31 dates. Every date is open for sign-ups.
Why put it on a sign-up sheet
One link replaces the paper passed around the room. People sign up with a name and email, no account, and see which dates are taken. SignUpSpark emails a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before each slot's start time, and you can export the list to CSV.
This calendar has 31 open dates to sign up for, and one sheet from this tool holds up to 25. So we split it into two sheets. The Free plan includes 1 active event, so publish the second sheet after the first one ends, or use Pro to run both at once. Pro is $8.25 a month billed yearly ($99), or $12 month to month, with a 14-day free trial. See Pro pricing
Each button opens a sign-up sheet with one slot for each open date in its range, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, for 1 person each. Change any of it before you publish.
How it works
- Pick the month and year. The grid starts on Sunday, or on Monday if you choose that.
- Tap a date to mark it not available. It prints with a big X so nobody signs up for it.
- Choose the lines each date gets. Name and Phone are the defaults. You can rename them, add a third line, or leave one out.
- Press Print. The calendar prints landscape on one page, with only a small footer from us.
- Want reminders? Turn it into a sign-up sheet. Each open date becomes its own slot for 1 person, and reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before each slot's start time.
FAQ
How do I print the calendar on one page?
Press Print. The calendar is set up to print landscape on one letter-size page, and the form, buttons, and site menus are left off. If your printer cuts off an edge, choose Fit to page in the print window.
Can I block out dates that don't work?
Yes. Tap a date to mark it not available, and it prints with a big X and the words Not available. Tap it again to open it back up. Marked dates are saved in the page address, so a refresh or a shared link keeps them.
Can I use it for a meal train or a cleanup rotation?
Yes. Pick Meal train or Cleanup rotation to start with a matching title and note, or pick Custom and type your own. You can also rename the lines on each date, like Name and Address.
What happens when I turn it into a sign-up sheet?
SignUpSpark opens a new sheet with one slot for each open date, 1 person each, at the times you picked. You can change any of it before you publish. Reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before each slot's start time.
Is it free?
Yes. The printable calendar is free with no account. The Free plan includes 1 active event and 100 signups per event. This tool puts up to 25 dates on one sheet, so a month with more open dates is split into two sheets, and running both at once needs Pro. Pro is $8.25 a month billed yearly ($99), or $12 month to month, with a 14-day free trial. See Pro pricing
