The snack list is the first job a team parent inherits and the first one people argue about. Somebody ends up with three games. Somebody else never gets asked and notices. How we calculate
- We build the date list. For same days every week, we start at your first game and add every checked weekday for the number of weeks you chose. Pasted dates are sorted and duplicates are dropped.
- We remove your skip dates.
- We deal turns in order. Game 1 goes to the first family on your list, game 2 to the second, and so on. After the last family, we start over at the top. With 2 or 3 families per game, we deal the same way, a few names per date, and the same family never lands twice on one date.
- That keeps it even. Every family gets the same number of turns, or one more when the games don't divide evenly. The extra turns go to the families at the top of the list.
- Shuffle the order mixes up the list and deals again. The rules stay the same.

How does the generator keep the rotation fair?
It deals families out in order, one turn each, before anyone gets a second turn. Every family ends up with the same number of turns, or one more when the games don't divide evenly.
Who gets the extra turns?
The families at the top of your list. With 7 families and 9 games, the first 2 families bring snacks twice and everyone else brings them once. Press Shuffle the order for a different draw.
Can I skip bye weeks and holidays?
Yes. Add them under Skip dates. The generator drops those dates before it deals out turns, so nobody is assigned to a week with no game.
Can two families bring snacks to the same game?
Yes. Set Families per game to 2 or 3. The same family never lands twice on one date. To avoid back-to-back turns, you need at least twice as many families as families per game.
Does SignUpSpark send reminders?

Do parents need an account to sign up?
