What to put on the sheet
- The book title and the date. People forget both by week three.
- Host as a single slot. Two hosts means nobody buys ice.
- Snacks and drinks with small caps. Three snack spots is plenty for eight people.
- A discussion lead. Five questions beats a night of plot recap.
- Who picks the next book, if you rotate that too.
- Dietary notes in the description if someone cannot have nuts or wine.

2 spots. Wine, sparkling water, or coffee. Write which in the note.

1 spot. Five questions is enough. You do not need a syllabus.
Next book picker
1 spot. Bring two titles so the group can vote.
Backup host
1 spot. If the first house falls through, this person has a table.

How do I make a book club sign-up sheet?
Start from this template, put the date and the book title in the event, and share the link in the group chat. Members claim host, snacks, or discussion. Should each month be its own event?

What if nobody wants to host?
Add a backup host slot and a note that the library meeting room is the fallback. A rotating host works when the group is small. A fixed cafe works when it is not.
Do members need an account to sign up?
No. They open the link, pick a job, and type a name and email. No password and no app.
Is the book club sign-up free?
Yes. The free plan holds up to 100 signups per event, and this template uses 9 spots. Members get an email reminder 24 hours before and again an hour before, and the page they open has no ads.
