SMB at Stoney Creek High School
If you plan on attending the Scholastic Marching Band Competition at Stoney Creek High School on 9/26, please consider lending a hand in the uniform room, chaperoning the buses, and/or helping with pit or props crew. The students will be wearing their formal winter uniforms. We only need 1 chaperone per bus, but there is room for more volunteers if you want a ride to the event. Those volunteering ON THE FIELD will not need a ticket to the event. If you want to watch from the stands, you will need a ticket. We appreciate any help you can give. Ride the bus, take attendance, pass out water - collect trash- More can join if you want a ride to Stoney Creek HS - Water and Pretzles will be passed out before we returt to Chipp

Assembling & moving equipment to/from Band Trailer & field
Making sure all uniform parts are together and hung properly
Assembling and practicing with props before the competition. You will be expected to go to SMB and handle props at the competition. Boosters will feed you lunch.
Pass out and collect helmets

Take out all equipment and props and get into the school
Take photos in the stands and post on the band app. You will be given a ticket to get in for free.
